We have medium-sized plastic injection moulding factory that specialized in designing plastic injection moulded product, plastic moulds, and rapid prototyping, injection moulds making, plastic injection moulding and even assembly of injection moulded parts.
Our plastic moulds and plastic moulding products are widely used in: commodity field, household appliances field, office and culture equipments field, electrical and electronic fields, medical equipments field, security equipments field, storage and transportation field, Industrial Engineering field and so on. And most of plastic moulds and injection moulded products are exported to United States, Canada, Britain, Spain, Russia, France, Switzerland and so on.
The company covers an area of 3000 square meters, in which the plant covers an area of 2000 square meters. There are two separated plastic moulds making workshop, a large plastic injection moulding workshop, assembly workshop and a warehouse. We are equipped with over 40 sets of machines, in which there are 20 sets of plastic injection moulding machines. The tonnages of injection plastic moulding machines are from 50T to 600T. Now there are about forty injection mould makers in our injection mould workshops and we have two seperate injection mould workshops.
