At the beginning, we were was established in 2005, specializing in development and production
of expertise plastic injection molds; and then CL tech. was established in 2009, stepping into process and manufacture of plastic injection. Based on the principle of serving customers and with diligent cultivation for more than 20 years, now our business lines include plastic injection molding, dust free room injection, and development and design of precise plastic molds. The plant area of 4000 square meters has updated hardware several times, made production perfect, adopted advanced injection molds, induced automation concept, decreased costs, and increased capacities, so as to increase competitiveness of the company
3C products have become an indispensable part of modern life, and are continuously being improved and perfected. CL Tech’s advantages include mature injection molding technology and the ability to respond quickly to market trends. We are constantly diversifying our product line, and manufacture all types of light guide panels, 3C products, medical equipment, photographic equipment, sports equipment, electronics parts, and other high-quality, high-precision plastic products, and we also perform precision plastic mold development.
Quality review.
Our QA system is based on ISO-9001, and our quality policy is “high quality, high accuracy, high efficiency, versatility.” We have implemented SOPs throughout the stages of incoming material inspection, plastic mold, plastic injection molding, finished product inspection, storage, and shipment, and our internal work teams are highly integrated.
In order to improve quality management, we have acquired many types of precision inspection and testing instruments, including BM-7 colorimeters, 2D image projectors, inner (outer) micrometers, standard gauge blocks (rods), and computer tintometers, etc. We continuously track product quality to make sure products satisfy customers’ quality stability and precision requirements.
Equipment Overview
Ching Tyan currently has a Daya plant and a Taichung plant. These plants contain a total of 45 50-ton to 850-ton injection molding machines, along with advanced material dryers, automatic feed systems, robot mechanical arms, and conveyor equipment, etc. Apart from continuously improving our process technology, we are also expanding into new areas of high-tech and precision plastic injection moulding, and we provide product assembly service. Our far-ranging service can meet customers’ different needs.

We possess Toyo and JSW electric servo injection molding machines and advanced material dryers, automatic feed systems, mechanical arms, and conveyor equipment. We engage in the professional manufacture of all types of light guide panels, display windows, master plates, lenses, and other high-tech products and transparent parts.
